The Yellow Ball program is designed for competitive players interested to improve to high performance level. These players will be exposed to specific fitness conditioning and mental skill development sessions throughout the program.

At this level, the players will also improve their high speed rally stamina and the overall ball control, fitness conditioning and mental skills. This program will have a wide range of teammates and opponents to practice and compete in tournament as often as possible.
